  Abstract:  Lucrarea este alcătuită din patru părţi care abordează problematica în mod gradat: persoana şi tendinţa sexuală, persoana şi dragostea, persoana şi castitatea, dreptatea faţă de Creator. Folosindu-se de o argumentaţie filosofică, autorul contribuie la înţelegerea sensului de subiect şi obiect al acţiunii umane, cu referire directă la persoana umană – acest “individ înzestrat cu gândire: (cf. Boeţiu) - fiinţă înnobilată şi capabilă de viaţă interioră, spirituală, aptă de a stabili relaţii cu lumea exterioară vizibilă şi invizibilă, de contacte fizice şi spirituale
